The feeling of stop trying to control things. It’s a little part of such a big journey that I’ve doing with my therapist, but releasing control and just letting things be trusting the best is about to happen feels inspiring and so relieving 🙌🏼

@lilian_vltgr Omg yasss it’s so good, I can’t believe this is my first watch either 😭✨ The diagnosis is a bit complicated without the whole saga, but long story short: I had a movement condition for years, mentioned my suspicion back in 2021… switched doctors recently and yeah, turns out it’s MS after all. Surprisingly not scary, honestly the confirmation just gave me direction. Big ‘live life to the fullest’ energy rn 💕
