It takes about 12 weeks for you to see changes and 24 weeks for others to see it. Even if you’re not a selfie person, take progress selfies anyway. Extremely useful backup when you get hit with any “I can’t be bothered/what’s the point?” moments. Keep going! 💪

A couple of months, like 2-3, but everyone is sooooo different

It fluctuates, the worst thing that can happen is body dysmorphia and that’s when you start believing you’re losing progress when you’re actually gaining. Look at the stats, do progressive overload, if you can lift more than you did last week you’re on the right track regardless. The biggest difference is in dieting and just being aware of what you are eating so you get enough protein for your muscles and carbs for your gym fuel

In the beginning it’s almost instant. Then it stagnates. 🔥

Takes like 3-4 months assuming sufficient intensity, sleep, recovery, decent nutrition etc. if you take progress pics you can see it sooner. Your friends might notice before you do

Just focus on going and eating/sleeping correctly, and you’ll start to notice results after a few months. Trying to hurry progress is the blocker of success
