I’ve used them in my journey of self improvement and I feel more joyful about life. 1) the job of your emotions it’s to protect you, be kind to them. 2) look at life like a video game, the bosses of the game are your emotional attachments. 3) shame is one of the hardest bosses to beat in the game, the antidote for the poison of shame is Joy. Move your body, express yourself, and remember that no one can shame you. Life has been given to you
