Am I the only one who gets teary-eyed at demonstrations? There is something so deeply moving about seeing so many people come together, standing side by side, fighting for something larger than themselves

I get teary too. I think it’s because the internet would have you believe that most people are self-focused or uninterested in stopping injustice. Head to a march though and it refills your soul. Thousands and thousands and thousands of people caring, loudly.
