@jcp like picking a vibe and using multiple scents/notes to create a bespoke one. For a daytime example, earthy=woody+fresh(+aqua maybe?), or earthy/bright=woody+citrus, for nighttime sexy/sweet=vetiver+vanilla or bergamot+woody Can you tell I really like wood scents😭

@sierramichhh 🤣🤣 the fragrance industry is still very old fr. Assuming men want to smell like burnt cigarettes and alcohol and women want to smell like a wet meadow is very weird to me. It’s archaic. More brands should develop unisex fragrances.

I love Kilian and Jo Malone but I mainly use scented body oil. I love anything vanilla and palo santo - slightly sweet but still “natural”. I don’t like when the scent is too obvious like… why do you smell like a whole orange? I love layer scents, but across the body. I apply different scents for the neck, wrist, pits, and even lower back/below the waist 👍🏾👍🏾 😈

@serey there’s a TedTalk by Seema Anand “Art of Seduction” that explains the why we layer scents. I don’t like to spray my clothing, I prefer body oil so fragrance is subtle as it’s coming off my skin, not my clothes. You have to be close enough to catch it.
