How do you tell someone they’re attractive/handsome and actually get a response? I feel like most men leave you on ‘read’ and don’t know how to say thank you. What are your thoughts?

I don’t know your situation or who this person is, but if you want them to know, tell them in person.

@derickseng I actually did this the other day 🤣. One of my customers has a cute smile and he is a very attractive person. I couldn’t say it in person because we had a huge lunch rush, but I did see him on Grindr. I just wrote how I thought he was good looking and had a great smile. He replied which honestly I wasn’t expecting one. He still comes in often, so I didn’t scare him way. Still gives me that great smile. 😊 I guess you’ll never know till you try!

If a response is the goal I’d say telling them in person is your best bet. 💗

Accepting a compliment with tact is an acquired skill. It’s not you, it’s them.

Trying to drop compliments to strangers online and expecting a response is usually a losing battle, because most people don’t respond to their comments or DMs like that. If complimenting people a lot fills your cup, keep doing it! If you lose a little bit of love and energy every time you drop a compliment that isn’t acknowledged, be more sparing with your praise. 🙃

I’ve think most folks will accept a compliment, I think you often regret it if you didn’t try to say something.

I usually say “passing by to say…”. Most of the time it’s because the guy has some sick tattoos and I can’t help but say it’s sexy

Attractive people usually get that often, compliment things that would surprise them. It’s less shallow and I find it catches attention if that’s what you’re going for.
