I think we can all relate! Even if partnered, we may have partners who are not good care givers. Many of the worst care givers are also the worst patients! They don’t see when you need help and when you’re in pain, they don’t know what to do, but if they get so much as a small paper cut, they make sure everyone knows about it, breaking out the antiseptic creams and bandages.

As a person that was alone during all types of colds, food poisoning, and tonsillitis’ since 16, always and always have NyQuil or equivalent on hand with lots and lots of vitamin C. Extra points if you have easy to make soup. Stay hydrated. Get well soon!
