After six months of building this from the ground up, today is my first day of filming.
I’ve produced and directed many projects before, but this is the first one I’ve developed from scratch, written, executive produced, and directed.
Walking onto set this morning, my home for the next 14 weeks, I’m feeling everything at once. Grateful, nervous, proud. It all feels a little surreal.
The industry (at the moment at least) is far from stable and incredibly chaotic. I’m just thankful that I’ve been able to build something real out of this mess and am excited for what’s next. ✨
