672 Kinda knowingly did the mistake of going somewhere cheap to cut my back and sides, cause it was starting to bother me and I didn’t wanted to look messy for the holidays Oh well, at least my hair grows rather fast

As a fellow know it all, in order to avoid being absolutely insufferable, it’s okay to play dumb sometimes and let other people teach you things you already know :)

I spent years feeling alone in relationships. Not because love was missing, but because I wasn’t really letting myself be seen. Not fully. Not in real time. What’s changing that for me isn’t more sharing — it’s more curiosity. The kind that stays present when it’s easier to perform. The kind that makes space for real connection, even when it’s a little messy. I’m working on a project about this right now — how relational curiosity might be the missing skill in how we love, listen, and relate. If this touches something in you, I’d love to hear your experience: When have you felt unmistakably seen in a relationship — or quietly unseen, even when everything looked “good”? Just collecting thoughts, patterns, language. No pressure. Just dialogue and maaaaybe some beta testing :)

If I asked this boy at the gym to wrap his legs around my head, respectfully, think he’d be offended?

Is it a post-30s crisis to feel out of place with friendships and have the desire to meet new people, new vibes, a change of scenery?

678 Out of the blue, felt a strong longing for him… maybe because Christmas is nearing the corner and everyone seems to be with their close ones and I think I have been unconsciously avoiding that…

In a world where being authentic is the ultimate goal, isn’t getting messy, misunderstood, underrated and such a term misused? Striving for being genuine is a higher standard. Comes from within, and honestly is so hard to find that kind of gem these days, almost becoming rare if I may. Don’t come looking for the things I can’t offer, however, I gladly share. Again: Happy Holidays. With love, Frank.

Limiting beliefs are childish- Hear me out: They come from your childhood, and your justification of them makes you look like a kid. In fact you act like a child when you’re fixated in your limitations. Why? Because that’s what you’ve learned, and it’s wired in your subconscious. You identify with lack because you probably saw your parents identify with it, you feel unloveable because your parents didnt know how to love you. And because you still live from that place that’s all you see and experience. Let go of the past, set yourself free and go live your life like an adult. You can make more money than your parents did, you get to love who you choose to be with, you get to feel good about yourself simply because you exist! Talk to yourself like an adult, you get to define what type of adult you become. If you don’t know how to be one, that’s where the work begins Besos 💋

Very sad to hear about the passing of adult male actor Lane V Rogers aka Blake Mitchell. He passed away today from a motorcycle accident. In the healthcare system motorcycles are also called donorcycles because th victims are almost always candidates for organ donation. May he rest in peace. He was only 31 years old.

Do you talk to the people you often see at your local gym? I keep to myself but I did talk to someone and they were cool. However, you miss 1 day of saying, “hey” cuz some days you just want to keep to yourself or its a rough day and that person suddenly doesn’t want anything to do with you😂. Like damn bro who hurt you?

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the train station theory - this idea that life is a journey where everyone you meet is a passenger. Some only sit beside you for a few stops, others stay a little longer, and a few ride with you until the very end. It’s a simple metaphor, but it’s changed how I see people and the role they play in my life. For so long, I tried to hold on-wanting certain connections to last forever, replaying moments in my head, wondering what went wrong when people drifted away. But the truth is, not everyone is meant to stay for the whole journey. Some are there to teach you something, to remind you of who you were at that stop, before you moved forward. There’s a strange kind of peace that comes with that acceptance. You stop chasing, stop questioning, stop trying to make temporary people permanent. It’s not about losing people anymore; it’s about learning to appreciate the ones who choose to stay, even when they have every reason to leave. Those few who remain seated beside you-not because they have to, but because they want to. And those are the ones worth cherishing. 🫧

These are not nails, they’re relics I’ve welded to myself. Real stones, the kind the earth had to suffer : heavy, unpolished, stubborn. I let them stay raw, because refinement is a cheap trick for people who fear reality. Silver clings around them like metal scraped off a broken machine, as if luxury was never meant to be smooth. I don’t wear glitter, I wear geological evidence as proof that something precious can exist without behaving nicely. Let everyone chase polish and symmetry; I’m busy dragging minerals straight from the dirt to my hands. If beauty has no meaning, then at least let it be rare, heavy, and older than every opinion in the room. I don’t decorate myself. I carry artifacts.
